Professional Liability Insurance will respond to claims arising out of the
rendering of or failure to render professional services.
- Two policy forms are available: Claims-Made
and Occurrence
- Defense Costs. This coverage will pay the cost to defend the claim.
Defense Costs may be included in the limit of liability or Defense Costs may be
paid in addition to the limit of liability.
- Licensure Coverage. This coverage will respond is a State Licensing
Board has a hearing relating to patient treatment.
- First Aid. This coverage will respond if a patient is injured during
treatment and requires immediate medical care.
